Fighting on film

So you've got an action hero. He can talk the talk. He's meant to be a great fighter. What he does in the next 60 seconds can make or break his reputation...

If you make it look like a drunken brawl, your viewers may soon lose interest. Give them something that they can feel. Give them real physics, not just dramatised effects.

If you've got the drama sorted, and want to add some technical grounding, to make your on-screen fights look real, and to make your character look like a pro... I'm available as a choreography assistant in & around Birmingham and the UK. For a swift response, email dan@birminghampr.co.uk.

For realistic and uniquely atmospheric empty-handed combat moves, to give the audience a sense of trust and confidence in your characters. Or if you just want to add a bit of technical grounding to your dramatised fight scenes. Why not make your fight scenes as special as the best parts of your movie?
